Appearence:  Pale yellow solution

pH of 1% aq.  Solution: 9.5-11.5

Solubility :    Readily soluble in water , can be mixed with water in any ratio

Stability:     And alkali resistant, water can be mixed with anionic, nonionic surfactants, intolerance oxidants (eg: hydrogen peroxide, sodium perborate, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, etc.)

Ecological:     Readily biodegradable

Uses

1.This product is mainly used for polyester fibers dyed with disperse restored after cleaning. Can be used for polyester and blended, interwoven restored stained after washing products.

2.The product has excellent reduction effects than traditional insurance powder, methods such as alkaline agent in the sun can increase 0.5-1.0 grade color fastness, bright color, soft to the touch.

3. The product is air stable when using low foaming.

4 This product is suitable for conventional dyeing equipment.

5 This product reduction cleaning is carried out in an acidic bath after dyeing, without another one in the bath, after treatment and without the use of acetic acid, the process is simple, the process is short, simple operation, good reduction effect, saving water, electricity, steam, etc., waste water treatment is easy.

Storage

Shelf life of the product is 1 year if being stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.

Note

This product is subject to condensation in the winter, when the temperature rises, can be dissolved without affecting quality. When used, the barrel open if not used, the lid must be closed and sealed.
